Our residents had an absolute blast playing Noodle Volleyball! Using pool noodles and a balloon, everyone got in on the action—swinging, cheering, and sharing lots of laughs along the way.

Moments like these remind us that fun, friendship, and a little friendly competition keep our community strong and spirits high! 🏐 💛

❤️ Heart Health Month Spotlight ❤️

February is Cardiac Month, a time to focus on heart health, prevention, and the importance of specialized cardiac care.

We are proud to recognize Cardiac Nurse Practitioner, Lindsey and Physician Assistant, Chase from our cardiac care partner, Cardiocentric. 💙 Their expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach play a vital role in supporting the heart health of those we serve.

Cardiocentric is a multi-specialty consulting group focused on providing compassionate post-acute medical care to patients in skilled nursing/rehab facilities, assisted living communities, and long-term acute care hospitals. By working collaboratively with their post-acute partners, they support the management of complex cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, and psychiatric conditions, delivering thoughtful, high-quality care to patients when they need it most.

🌟Medical Director Spotlight🌟

We're proud to shine the spotlight on Dr. Eyad Kakish, our Medical Director here at Signature Pointe.

Dr. Eyad Kakish is a Family Physician. He moved from Omaha, Nebraska to Dallas in 2024 and joined Meridian Health Partners. Dr. Kakish has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. He had a successful primary care clinic and senior care practice in Nebraska, caring for elderly patients in multiple long term care facilities. He graduated from University of Jordan and completed residency training at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He has 2 wonderful children and is enjoying living in Texas!
