Hello everyone!! Hope you are all doing ok. And I hope you all are stretching. Definitely a new way of work life has taken a toll on you. Drink lots of water, get up take a little walk, stretch, check your posture.

Many of you are working from home now. Lots of you missing out on your regular work place massage. Remember what I’m always telling you...stretch! Lots of you will be working on laptops which are so hard on your posture. Take breaks, stretch and if posible connect a separate keyboard to be able to raise the laptop to eye level. Your body’s muscle memory is use to sitting at your desk and now in a different environment. Focus on your posture. Pay attention to your body! Stay healthy out there! 🤗 💆🏻💆🏻‍♂️
