Pinch me that I get to do this... Can't think of anything cooler to do than mentor other dietitians, share the business lessons I've learned, and help someone grow their practice.

It's like a beautiful cascading waterfall that I can help group practice owner, help dietitians, help clients. Gosh how cool🥺

As I look back on 2025, I think…

OOF. WTF. WOULD NOT REPEAT.

Haha ahhh.. yes really.

But yet, when I really slow down and reminisce- I also remember the really incredible, beautiful things that happened.

I remember the purpose that emerged through the pain.The dietitians I had the honor of mentoring.The clients who trusted me with their health and their lives.The friends and family who held me up through one of the hardest years I’ve ever experienced.

I remember that untamable excitement to launch The Dietitian Business Podcast- and the meaningful, honest conversations I got to have with business owners all over the country as part of it.

I remember the countless meetings with my dietitian clients that felt like a perfect blend of friendly catch-up, strategic problem-solving, and a little (or a lotta bit) therapy. Sessions I left feeling deeply fulfilled and genuinely blessed to be part of your business and life journey.

So while 2025 stretched me, challenged me, and broke me open in ways I didn’t expect… it also reminded me exactly why I do this work with you here.

Something is broken and not working… and here’s where my brain immediately goes:

Why?
Why are all these efforts only producing a tiny trickle of referrals?
Why isn’t anything truly taking off?

Here’s what I get curious about:
👉 Is the messaging landing?
👉 Is the way you’re selling your services clear and compelling?
👉 Do people understand the value you provide?
👉 Are you speaking directly to their pain points?
👉 What do your conversations, emails, and follow-ups actually sound like?

When referrals are quiet, it’s almost always a signal that the message isn’t connecting — not that you’re a bad clinician or “just need more marketing.”
