April is Stress Awareness Month 💜
Stress doesn’t always show up the way we expect.
It’s not just tension or headaches.
Over time, stress can impact memory, digestion, immune function, and even hormone balance—often in ways we don’t immediately recognize.
Sometimes it’s subtle:
• Brain fog
• Disrupted sleep
• Digestive changes
• Getting sick more often
Awareness is where it starts.
Because when we recognize what’s happening in our bodies, we can begin to respond differently.
Pause for a moment…
Drop your shoulders
Take a deep breath in for 4 seconds
Hold for 6
Exhale slowly for 8
Repeat 3 times.
