If you haven’t done all of this, you have never truly been serious about your therapy sessions and you have not truly gone to therapy. You’ve just been playing…. for the first time in my life while I’m in therapy, I am executing and doing everything that my therapist is asking me to do to help myself. Did I work? Or did I play around? anybody can come into your life to direct you, to give you all the knowledge to give you all the recommendations to give you the blueprint but once you leave their presence, it’s ultimately up to you.
