Seconds after turning the lights on after a 5 min reset. Carrying this gift gives me so much life. Creating a living also centered around nervous system resetting is my kinda life.
Harsh sounds trigger the sympathetic nervous system; gentle, harmonious sounds do the opposite, activating the parasympathetic system, which slows the heart and lowers stress.

At one point, I was a hot mess, and when I got upset, I’d not only trash my own temple - aka my body and womb - but I’d also stress out my loved ones, which is just fabulous for no one. But, surprise, I’ve leveled up! Now, I channel that drama into art or have a good ol’ sit-down with myself, feeling all the feels and then lifting myself up because, let’s be real, someone’s gotta adult here. Easier said than done, sure, but consider this: we’ve got spiritual teams on speed dial, and while we call them to navigate life’s chaos, we forget they’re also there to help us avoid becoming human-shaped chaos. I’m pretty stoked I’ve managed to adult enough to rise above my own b.s. drama.

When no one shows up, it doesn’t mean I stop showing up for myself. I don’t care about my industry experience or society’s expectations. I am called to this gift that has awakened within me, and I am guided by high spiritual beings and all my ancestors who want the best for me. I am obedient to their instructions and will always follow through. It’s not about others understanding or predicting my future; it’s about my obedience, and the fruits of my faithfulness will flourish. Just because no one shows up doesn’t mean I stop showing up for myself or shut the door on my potential. It means there’s another path, another way. As I continue to show up with confidence, the right people will follow.
