Birth is a marathon, and these two crossed the finish line with so much grace. We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a beautiful baby boy on April 16th!

There is nothing quite as sweet as those first golden hour cuddles after all that hard work. Congratulations to the new family! 🤍✨

The strength of a mother is unmatched!

Sometimes the path to a safe delivery changes course, but the goal remains the same. This little one’s journey here was paved with her mother’s incredible care and dedication. Now she is here, healthy and so very loved by her big, beautiful family. We are honored to have been part of this journey and we thank you for trusting us. 💕

On this Good Friday, we pause to reflect on the depth of Christ’s love and sacrifice. ✝️

As we honor this sacred day, Bethany and Jill, are in the office seeing clients as scheduled and are here to support you. However, our admin, Jessica, is out of the office today and will return on Monday morning. We appreciate your patience with any non-urgent messages during this time.

For urgent needs, our 24-hour midwife line is available for emergent concerns for those who are pregnant or up to 6 weeks postpartum.

Three baby boys so far this year 💙💙💙

This sweet arrival marks our third boy of the year - and another incredible first-time mama stepping into her strength.

She prepared, trusted and showed up with such determination for her birth. Every step, every decision, every moment - she did exactly what she needed to bring her baby into the world.

Welcome, little one. You are so loved already.

There is something so powerful about watching a woman become a mother - raw, intentional and beautifully strong. We are honored to witness it. 🤍

There’s something so bittersweet about final postpartum visits. 🥺

We celebrate how far our mamas have come - stronger, more confident, deeply in tune with their bodies - and at the same time, it’s hard to say goodbye after walking so closely through such a sacred season.

One of our sweet clients shared that this was her easiest postpartum yet… and the difference? Preparation. She stayed consistent with her supplements, supported her body and truly took the time to address underlying deficiencies and it showed in her energy, her recovery and her overall well-being.

This is exactly why we do what we do! 🥰

When mothers are supported, nourished and prepared, postpartum doesn’t have to feel like survival mode - it can be a time of healing and strength.
