True symmetry in breast augmentation is not always matching the same implant on both sides; it is about understanding the subtle nuances of a patient’s anatomy. To address a natural asymmetry where the left breast presented with slightly more volume, we developed a highly customized surgical plan.

First, targeted liposuction was performed on the left side to refine the base tissue and create a more uniform foundation. To harmonize the final projection, we selected two different Allergan smooth silicone implants with distinct gel behaviors: an SRM 310 (Responsive) on the left and an SSF 295 (Soft Touch) on the right. By pairing these specific volumes and gel types, we were able to mirror the projection and feel on both sides perfectly. The result is a beautifully enhanced, symmetrical, and natural-looking silhouette that honors the patient’s unique proportions.
