I believe that OCD is the most under-diagnosed condition in the DSM. As I've grown my knowledge about OCD, the different ways it manifests, and the growing number of people who aren't finding relief, I have become passionate about helping other clinicians join me in my learning about how to treat this complex diagnosis.

ERP is the most evidence based practice for OCD - but did you know it only works for about 50-60% of people, and for some people the treatment can be really traumatizing in and of itself. In this short cohort we will dive into the research on treating OCD with EMDR - a growing body of work from EMDR clinicians dedicated to helping people find relief.

I am so excited to share something that I have been working on for the last few months! I will be launching my first EMDR consultation cohort in January 2024.

When I was in the process of completing my consultation towards certification in EMDR, I loved attending consultation groups - but I always found myself wishing that I could follow up with the same people each month to build closer community and to get continued support from people who got to know me as a clinician and got to know the type of people I typically work with. I’m hoping that this will provide an affordable option for those seeking certification, and will help build a community of colleagues who can continue to support each other throughout our careers.

Due to EMDRIA requirements for a consultation groups, this group is limited to only eight people, and there are only four spots left - I highly encourage you to sign up soon if you’d like to participate!
