Dr. Megan Anna Neff, founder of Neurodivergent Insights, is a neurodivergent (Autistic–ADHD) clinical psychologist, researcher, and educator whose work has helped many people understand autism and ADHD.

Through her work, she translates complex neurodivergent experiences into accessible, evidence-based tools that center self-understanding, nervous system regulation, and identity. Her voice—and the voices she amplifies—remind us that authentic understanding comes from within the community.

Spectra Therapies + Evaluation Center is a multidisciplinary clinic offering comprehensive services for young children through late adulthood.

Our providers have training from and/or previously worked at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (UTSW), the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD), Children’s Medical Center of Dallas (CMC), Center for BrainHealth (CBH), and Our Children’s House at Baylor, Easter Seals. Additionally, providers have taught or provided comprehensive psychoeducational and autism evaluations at various independent school districts, and currently conduct research and teaching services with students.
