He helped to found Research Across America and then guided it for 27 years until its sale to Synexus and PPD. During the same time, he successfully founded TCTM CRO after guiding it off the ground and into its first successful trials. Kelly re-visioned the clinical site and again has successfully created a growing group of centers that believe in quality, quantity, safety, and the success that always follows.
