Every year around this time, we find ourselves pausing and really feeling how lucky we are. This work. This team. You.

To everyone who walks through our doors- who trusts us with their nervous system, their healing, their stories, their becoming- thank you. It is an honor we don’t take lightly.

Self Unbound isn’t just a practice to us. It’s a living, breathing community. A place where people show up honestly, grow bravely, and learn to meet themselves with more ease and awareness. Getting to serve you year after year is truly a joy.

We’re so grateful for each person who chooses care, curiosity, and connection. And we’re especially grateful to do it alongside a team that shows up with heart, integrity, and a lot of laughs (and festive sweaters).
