It all kicks off next Wednesday with a brand new weekly online yoga class.
I am full of inspiration and good vibes to share a practice that will improve your strength, flexibility, health, and over all well-being.
When we practice we strive not only for physical strength but mental and emotional as well.
We work with our bodies to transmute doubt, worry and anxiety into hope, strength, courage and peace.
I welcome complete beginners to all classes and look forward to next week!

Hey y’all just passing through to give you a friendly reminder that tonight’s yoga class is at 7:45pm.🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Tonight’s yoga class will be centered in being present.
It’s a challenge to be present when we have so much competing for our attention for “attention is the new currency”. Many of us can not move or do anything for that matter without that dag on cellphone. If you can’t give yourself an hour without having to check, respond whatever to a device, then...you are cheating yourSELF.
Better yet let’s flow...
