MAMMOGRAMS SAVE LIVES 👏🏻

They detect cancer before it can be felt, often at an earlier stage when treatment is less extensive and outcomes are significantly better.

✨ False positives happen.
Roughly 10% of women are called back after screening. The majority of those findings are benign.

✨ Callbacks don’t mean cancer.
Additional imaging usually means we need clearer pictures. Overlapping tissue, cysts, and normal variations are common reasons.

✨ Screening isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Your age, family history, breast density, genetics, and prior biopsies all influence when you should start and what type of screening is appropriate.
