As a former litigation attorney and current Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Dallas, I am passionate about helping attorneys navigate personal mental health struggles through counseling. Additionally, I work to connect attorneys to additional mental health resources within the legal community. This weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Texas Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers 33rd Annual Convention in Dallas. I walked away with so much hope for attorneys, judges, and law students currently struggling with addiction and other mental health challenges.
