Welcome to The Clinify theclinify.com, a review platform for every healthcare facility in the country, dedicated to building transparency. We welcome all healthcare professionals to post reviews about facilities they have previously worked in or are currently working in. Anyone can view these reviews and they are fully anonymous. Employee turnover rates in the hospital setting are the highest in comparison to any other industry due primarily to unforeseen instances that happen after they have started to work in their hospital. While there is no permanent solution to fixing this type of retention problem, this website will serve as a transparent view of the working conditions in all hospitals across the country. This will help minimize uncertainty before starting a new position.

Healthcare professionals are always focused on patient satisfaction, it is time hospitals focus on employee satisfaction!

Hypothesis: The turnover rate in the healthcare industry for employees is nearly 20%. The highest of any other industry. There is no question that turnover rates equate to large amounts of $ loss for each facility but more importantly can lead to poor healthcare coverage for patients.

The solution to help upheave this problem is to create a review platform where healthcare professionals can exchange reviews of their employer and connect with other healthcare professionals. Now, you are probably wondering does anything like this exist…. The answer is no (kinda). Glassdoor, Indeed, and Linkedin are to generic. They do not offer clinical insight down to the granular level in which healthcare professionals are constantly searching for (bed numbers, charting systems, nurse to patient ratios, nurse management styles of units ect). According to www.dpeaflcio.org “Health care professionals and technicians represent one of the largest occupational groups in the country, with close to 8 million people employed in 2013”. This isn’t a niche solution for a small industry. This is a solution for a large mass of people in the United States.
