This lovely patient could not maintain her prosthetic eye after she tragically lost it because her eye socket contracted. Here she is on her initial visit and three months after a socket reconstruction with a dermis fat graft and mucous membrane graft and one month after ptosis repair. This 90 year old gentleman had an encounter with a chain saw. He had a severe laceration of his eyelid that pulled his lid down and endangered his eye. We were able to repair the lid and place a skin graft and one month later he is back to normal and working on his ranch
