Do you really want to transform your life and achieve the body you've always wanted, but haven't quite figured out how to get there?

Stop buying into social media misconceptions that tell you that you HAVE to do anything specific. Every person has different needs, and advice CAN'T be one-size-fits-all.
Here are some things that I promise will help you get better, not just now, but long-term:
1. Accountability - YES, accountability is at the top of the list. If you can't accept that complacent or counterproductive actions won't help you get better, then you WON'T get better. It's as simple as that.
2. Sustainability - If your goal is to lose weight and burn fat, here are some tips to help with cravings and sticking to your plan:
- Mindful Eating: Take your time eating and savor each bite. Notice hunger and fullness cues. This helps with portion control and makes meals more enjoyable. As a result, your relationship with food will become healthier, helping you stay consistent.
3. Exercise Programs - I build excellent exercise regimens, but here's a simple way you can start organizing one yourself. This will help you stay consistent and better see your own progress!
- Define your goal.
- Dissect your habits and limit unproductive behavior.
- Focus on what's most important: food! If you don't give your body what it needs to reach its full potential, you can't stay consistent with exercise.
Find out what your muscle mass is and then find your maintenance calories. That is your starting point, no matter the goal. This is the foundation of every single success story. To get better, you MUST know your starting point.
