Expect a gentle mat yoga flow followed by a 10-minute sound bath to close out your week. Bring your mat if you have one, or use one of ours. Parking available on Commerce Street.

Our (mat) yoga classes helps open the chest, shoulders, and hip flexors while strengthening the back body so your lines in backbends actually look long and supported, not compressed.

Introducing FLEX & FLOW, our new all levels class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and fluid movement while building strength and control. The first half of class focuses on mobility, deep stretching, and active flexibility work, and the second half is all about learning a flowy sequence so you can put that openness and strength into movement.

Flexibility training in Aerial is about more than getting deeper into a stretch. It helps build active range of motion, strength through lengthened muscles, and better control of how your body moves. The support of the hammock allows you to work with intention, improve alignment, and challenge flexibility without just forcing positions.

Our Tuesday and Friday flexibility classes are designed to help you open up tight areas, improve mobility, and build the kind of strength that actually supports progress. Better lines, better movement, stronger body.

Join us for our new monthly GIRLS NIGHT OUT at Funk Flow Studio. Starting this Saturday, March 21st at 5pm.

An elevated evening of movement, connection, and community. Start with a 60-minute FLEX & FLOW class, then stay for wine, NA refreshments, and a relaxed social mixer after.

Come solo or bring a friend. All levels welcome. This is more than a class, it’s an experience.

GLOW is an 80-minute after-dark LED aerial experience featuring 2 LED Lyras and a LED Sphere. Expect a low-lit studio, good music, and a workshop-style format with warm-up, mobility, conditioning, skill-building, and an all-levels flow with options and progressions.

All levels are welcome, though it’s not designed as a first-ever aerial class. Motivated first-timers are welcome of course, but we recommend having SOME Aerial experience.

Spots are limited due to apparatus availability, so book now!
