Meet Kymyatta Jackson, RBT

Hello! My name is Kymyatta Jackson, and I am an RBT at LPNG. I recently moved to Texas from Virginia, where I was a Junior Kindergarten teacher at an early childhood development school for 8 years. Before moving to Texas, I worked as a Behavioral Aid in an intensive support classroom in a public school for the past 2 years. That experience showed me just how impactful ABA can be, and I was hooked. I am driven by a deep love for helping children thrive, celebrating every small step toward growth and independence while channeling vibrant motivation and empathy to every Session. Joining this clinic feels like stepping into a space where purpose meets passion. I’m excited to contribute my energy and heart to every child’s journey and determined to be a positive force in their development!

Hey! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the field of ABA, I bring a unique blend of energy, curiosity, and strategic thinking to every environment I’m part of. Whether I’m creating intervention plans, coaching teams, or making learning fun, my goal is always the same: to provide quality care and helping individuals grow!
Outside of work, I’m all about movement and growth. Whether I’m in the pages of a good book, playing sports, taking care of my dog, or tending to my ever-expanding collection of plants. Transparency, empathy, and a good sense of humor are central to how I lead and connect. I believe the best leaders are also lifelong learners, and I bring that mindset into everything I do.
