Meet LoriAnne, RBT

Hi, I’m LoriAnne and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician here at Let’s Play N Grow! Before becoming an RBT, I was a Behavioral Health Associate at a Psychiatric Hospital in Oklahoma where I was providing support and interventions, while attending East Central University.
Once I completed my undergrad and graduate program at ECU, I moved back to Dallas and found a passion in ABA where I can continue to help others! I’ve been a RBT for a little over two years and plan to graduate with my Master’s in ABA from UNT in hopes to sit for the BCBA exam this upcoming fall. My pastor once said, “People with disabilities are not disabled, they just have different needs”, and this is all what ABA is about.

Meet Alejandra, RBT

Hi! I’m Alejandra and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician at LPNG. I received my degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas, where I developed a deep appreciation for understanding behavior through both a scientific and human lens.
My path into ABA was shaped by my interest in how thoughtful, individualized support can help children build confidence and independence. I believe every child deserves an environment where they can grow at their own pace and be celebrated for who they are.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with loved ones, watching movies, or curating a new Pinterest board! I’m grateful to be part of the LPNG community and excited to continue learning and growing alongside the families we serve.

Meet Samantha, RBT

Hi, I’m Samantha, a Registered Behavior Technician at Let’s Play N Grow. I’m currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in psychology with plans to continue on to earn my master’s and become a BCBA. I’ve always had a passion for psychology and knew early on that I wanted to build my career in this field.
I was first introduced to ABA through a family friend, and after giving it a try, I quickly fell in love with both the work and the kids. From that point on, I knew ABA was the path I wanted to pursue. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch children learn, grow, and achieve milestones as they progress.
I’m so grateful to continue this journey with Let’s Play N Grow. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and engaging in activities that allow me to express my creativity and bring me joy.
