Simple Surrogacy was founded in 2002 to assist couples and individuals with the desire to achieve a family through third party assisted reproduction. We were founded on one simple principle: to provide our clients with the highest standard of care in the surrogacy and egg donation industry at an affordable price. Our team of professionals consists of parents through surrogacy, current and former surrogate mothers and egg donors, and counselors. We match and facilitate traditional and gestational surrogacy and egg donation arrangements with Surrogate Mothers residing throughout the United States and Canada. We adhere to ASRM/SART guidelines, and FDA guidelines and RESOLVE/AFA policies in all of our Surrogacy and Egg Donor programs. SIMPLE LEGAL PROCESS: Simple Surrogacy counts among it's partner attorneys the most experienced attorneys in their fields. Having partner attorneys in every state with favorable surrogacy laws, we are able to offer the best in legal representation and advice to our clients. In Texas, for Married Couples, we can also offer our Legal Included Program, with a direct referral to our experienced partner attorneys who will take advantage of the most favorable state surrogacy laws in the country. Texas offers to married couples enforceable court validated contracts, offering protection for all parties. Your attorney will guide you through the legal process, from drafting the surrogacy contract to obtaining court recognition of your parental status. In married couple arrangements in Texas, the intended parents are placed directly onto their child's birth certificate, even if egg or s***m donors are involved, without the need for an adoption. SIMPLE SUPPORT: Simple Surrogacy provides all clients with a dedicated coordinator who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our clients are provided with a direct number to their personal coordinator. Our counselors and coordinators are among the most experienced infertility practitioners in the country. Our counselors, coordinators and owners are all experienced in assisted reproduction, either as former surrogates, former Intended Parents or former Egg Donors, and we can offer the additional insight from that perspective. Our staff counselors provide ongoing support throughout each surrogacy, to reduce stress and improve communication, and to smooth the process for all parties.
