Mustard Seed Generation (MSG) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists to eradicate barriers to mental health that increase life dissatisfaction, family dysfunction, and suicide in the Korean American community.

There’s a reason a day like National Clean Off Your Desk Day exists - even if only unofficially~

Resetting a space you regularly occupy can support mental clarity —
not because mess is bad,
but because intentionality is good.

If you’d like, take a moment today
to release what’s unnecessary
re-center what matters
and shape your space in a way that grounds you

And if your desk stays exactly as it is - that's okay too.

‘책상 정리의 날’ 같은 하루가 있는 데에는 이유가 있어요~

우리가 자주 머무는 공간을 한 번 정리하는 일은
어수선함이 나쁘기 때문이 아니라
의도를 가지고 돌보는 일이 마음의 정리에 도움이 되기 때문이에요

괜찮다면 오늘 잠시만
더 이상 필요하지 않은 것들을 내려두고
지금 나에게 중요한 것에 다시 중심을 두고
나를 편안하게 붙잡아 주는 방식으로
공간을 가다듬어 보세요

그리고 책상이 지금 그대로여도

새해를 맞이하기 전에 그 모든 목소리를 잠시 내려놓아도 괜찮습니다

조금 숨을 고르고 내 마음을 먼저 살펴보는 시간을 가져보세요
가치는 얼마나 보이는지로 결정되지 않습니다
걸어온 시간과 회복은 누군가에게 보여주기 위해 증명될 필요가 없습니다
