I am a science-based coach specializing in:
1. corrective exercise therapy for individuals battling chronic pain or injuries

3. Nutritional guidance for men and women over 40

I am the creator of Fit for Life Foodies, a 4 week nutrition course for women 40+ who want to increase energy, crush cravings, and feel GREAT all while eating the foods they love. I also offer 1:1 nutritional guidance for losing fat and lowering blood sugar. At MoveStudio in Far North Dallas, I teach group drop-in classes and small specialty series classes. I offer private training and rehabilitation both at MoveStudio, in the comfort of your own home in the Dallas area, and online.

We’re turning up the fun (and the heat!) with a powerhouse double header this Friday morning—two classes designed to perfectly complement each other.

9:00–9:45 AM: T**h & Tummy with Carey
Target your powerhouse—the glutes and abs—in this 45-minute strength-focused workout. You’ll mix standing and mat exercises using resistance bands and light weights to lift, tone, and tighten. Expect a great burn and even better energy! 🍑🔥

10:00–11:15 AM: Flow & Stretch Yoga with Saleha
Then, balance it all out with a vinyasa-inspired flow that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You’ll move, lengthen, and lift your energy before winding down with deep, restorative stretches. 🧘‍♀️💫

Come for one or stay for both—these classes were designed to be a complimentary double feature!

Hey ladies! This Saturday, May 10, I'm excited to offer a Pelvic Floor Health Workshop at MoveStudio, taught by Sue Dado, a Certified Pelvic Floor Health Specialist.

Who is this for? Any women experiencing these symptoms:

🌸 Urinary incontinence
🌸 Bowel incontinence
🌸 Pelvic organ prolapse
🌸 Frequent urination
🌸 Low back or hip pain
🌸 Pelvic pain
🌸 Pain during s*x or or**sm
🌸 Constipation

As a nutrition coach, one of my biggest challenges is debunking a lot of the misinformation and fears that my friends have about food, nutrition, and dieting. This is not out of laziness or ignorance; rather, they are smart, highly educated people who are just inundated by information promoted by influencers, physicians, and scientists who cherry-pick data to promote their controversial view to increase their book, sales, gain more followers, or have their post go viral.

I highly recommend following Food Science Babe here on Facebook and Instagram. She is a chemical engineer and food scientist.
