🚨BIG NEWS 🚨
We’ve got a big update to share! This weekend the first clinic in our Collaborative Clinic Network, , has its ribbon cutting and then opens to patients on Monday! Where’s Westside Medical Clinic you ask? What’s a Collaborative Clinic Network? We’re so glad you asked- we can’t wait to share more over the next week! Check out our blog (link in bio) or tune in this weekend for updates from the launch event on Sunday afternoon! This is the start of something BIG for Watermark Health and can’t wait to see the impact Westside has!!!

📖 Story time

During a blood draw I asked a patient about her faith, and she told me she had walked away from Christianity because she was mad at God as her mother had died in the previous year. She explained that her mom was a follower of Christ and the one that kept her grounded in church and prayed with her. I told her that God understood what she was going through and He knew everything that she was feeling. I asked her what kept her from going to Christ now in her need. She said she was not in a good place, plus she wasn't going to church. I told her God cares more about her heart and not just simply going through the motions.

She asked questions about heaven and we talked about how there would no longer be suffering or pain or tears. I asked if she wanted to be assured of being in glory with God. She cried and said yes. Then I asked if she wanted to pray to submit her life to Jesus and she said yes. So we prayed and she cried some more and prayed after me.

God can use anything, including a blood draw during a doctor's visit, to meet people in their grief and draw them to Him. Praise Him for working in this way! 🙌

This Black History Month, we honor trailblazers who transformed medicine by pairing excellence with a deep commitment to serving those most often overlooked. From caring for formerly enslaved families, to advancing mental health and neuroscience, to dismantling injustice through truth and science, their legacies inspire and remind us that the healing profession has the ability to change not only individual lives, but unjust systems.

And we have to admit...it was hard to only pick three!

Our Story

What happens when the church meets the city’s needs? We’re here to find out.

We are the local church. We are nurses, doctors, college students, dentists, stay at home moms, and retirees. We are men and women who believe our God wants to do something big in our city and each day we ask Him to use us. As we open the doors to our clinics every morning, we see Him work miracles in our midst.

In 2013 we opened our first clinic and a short five years later we were seeing over 10,000 patient visits each year. In 2018 we opened our second facility, and now...now we’re trusting the Lord with whatever is next.
