Kevin Pauza MD developed the Discseel Procedure, a spine procedure that utilizes a biologic that seals and repairs herniated discs, helping thousands of patients find relief from back pain. Our focus is to provide you with a better quality of life, without surgery. Dr. Kevin Pauza developed Pauza Discseel with the goal of sealing herniated and torn discs. Relative to spine surgery, it has a short post-op recovery time.

"My Discseel procedure with Dr. Pauza went very smoothly. Dr. Pauza met with me prior to my procedure clearly outlining expectations and how the procedure would be conducted. His staff was amazing and from the outset of scheduling to post-op follow-up. It has just been one week since my procedure. My lower back pain has subsided and I look forward to getting back out on the Pickleball courts and golf course in the foreseeable future."

As a Master Instructor for the Discseel® Procedure, Dr. Toby sees patients from around the world in our Dallas, TX office, where he works alongside our team to treat chronic back and neck pain.
