💦 Going in dehydrated: If you go in dehydrated, you’re more prone to dizziness & headaches. It’s important that you drink tons of water before going to your infrared sauna session to prevent these awful symptoms!
👕 Wearing too much clothing: Make the sweating experience more comfortable by wearing lighter, looser clothing that won’t cause you to burn up!
❄️ Skipping a cooldown: Take time after your sauna session to readjust back to normal temperature. Stretch out your body, replenish your electrolytes, and use our eucalyptus towels to wipe down any sweat.
