When the future feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone.

This week in our Al-Anon group, we’ll reflect on “One Day at a Time (When the Future Feels Heavy)”—a gentle reminder that recovery doesn’t ask us to solve everything at once.

Meeting starts at 10 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Parlor.
Newcomers always welcome.

Together, we’ll explore:
🌈 Letting go of tomorrow’s worries
🌈 Trusting the process instead of the outcome
🌈 Showing up for today’s work—just for today

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply curious about Al-Anon, you are welcome here. You don’t have to share. You don’t have to have the right words. Just come as you are.

🕊️ One day at a time. One meeting at a time. One step together.

Flourishing in recovery doesn’t look like the world’s version of success.
It’s not about hustling, fixing, or proving anything.

It’s the quiet turning of the soul back toward life.

In Al-Anon, flourishing looks like:
✨ Showing up for ourselves even when we’re tired.
✨ Letting go of what isn’t ours to carry so we can breathe again.
✨ Making space for joy without guilt.
✨ Allowing relationships to be what they are, not what we wish they were.
✨ Trusting our Higher Power enough to plant small seeds—rest, connection, honesty—without demanding an immediate harvest.

Recovery reminds us: we cannot grow while gripping tightly to what harms us.

But we can grow when we practice detachment with love, set boundaries that honor our dignity, and allow others the freedom to walk their own path.

May we flourish gently, one day at a time. 🌿

A great event for Q+ folks and allies in all communities.
