This 51-year-old patient underwent a breast reduction to improve comfort and balance. During the procedure, 844 grams were removed from the right breast and 938 grams from the left to address asymmetry and reduce overall weight.

This 72-year-old patient underwent an abdominoplasty to address excess abdominal skin and improve contour. During surgery, 1,631 grams of tissue were removed.

Age alone does not determine candidacy. Health status, skin quality, and goals are more important factors. With appropriate planning and evaluation, patients in their seventies can still be reasonable candidates for body contouring procedures.
