Not all breathing challenges are solved with breathing exercises.
Sometimes the real question is:
Can your body actually take a full breath?
Many people unknowingly have restrictions in the rib cage, diaphragm, spine, or surrounding muscles.
These restrictions can come from:
• long hours sitting
• stress patterns
• injuries or past tension
• postural habits from daily life
When the body can’t expand properly, breathing exercises can feel frustrating or ineffective.
This is why I start differently.
Before guiding people into deeper breath practices, I work with the body itself — helping release structural restrictions that may be limiting the breath.
Once the body regains its mobility, breathing becomes easier, more natural, and far more effective.
If you’ve explored breathwork but felt like something was missing, this might be the piece.
