Not all breathing challenges are solved with breathing exercises.

Sometimes the real question is:

Can your body actually take a full breath?

Many people unknowingly have restrictions in the rib cage, diaphragm, spine, or surrounding muscles.

These restrictions can come from:
• long hours sitting
• stress patterns
• injuries or past tension
• postural habits from daily life

When the body can’t expand properly, breathing exercises can feel frustrating or ineffective.

This is why I start differently.

Before guiding people into deeper breath practices, I work with the body itself — helping release structural restrictions that may be limiting the breath.

Once the body regains its mobility, breathing becomes easier, more natural, and far more effective.

If you’ve explored breathwork but felt like something was missing, this might be the piece.

Have you ever tried breathwork… but didn’t feel the results everyone talks about?

Here’s something most people don’t realize:

Sometimes it’s not about trying harder to breathe.

It’s about whether your body actually has the space and mobility to breathe well.

Modern living — sitting, stress, posture, old injuries — can create restrictions in the ribs, diaphragm, spine, and surrounding tissues.

When those areas are tight or limited, breathing exercises can only go so far.

This is why my approach is a little different.

Before diving into breath training, I first help the body release physical restrictions that may be limiting your breath.

When the structure supports the breath… the breathwork becomes much more effective.

If breathwork hasn’t worked for you before, it may simply mean your body needs support first.

Curious to explore what your breathing mechanics are doing?

Send me a message and we can schedule a session.

• Movimiento consciente: yoga, danza, estiramientos lentos
