It’s been such a sweet few days at Walnut Creek. 💛 From enjoying the beautiful spring weather outside, to checking in on new friends, sharing snacks and hydration, dancing, sweet visits, and even sweeter treats!! It’s been a lovely reminder that joy often lives in the everyday moments. 💛

We’ve also been grateful for special time spent with visitors and for a thoughtful visit from Traditions Hospice. These moments and care are such an important part of life in our home.

A little behind-the-scenes look at a day at Walnut Creek. 😊

We kicked off the day with donuts and strawberries — a big thank you to Hamilton Hospice for the sweet surprise! 🍩🍓 It was the perfect start to the day and definitely brought some smiles.

From there the fun continued with manicures and a little pampering, relaxing with friends, music and dancing, and winding down with a favorite show together!

We had a fun visit from the library at Walnut Creek, and residents got creative making homemade bird feeders. 🐦

Once we hung them outside, it didn’t take long for them to attract some attention! The birds weren’t the only ones interested… we caught a few curious squirrels stopping by for a snack too!

Simple activities like this bring everyone together and create little moments of joy throughout the day.
