Welcome Althea!! ⚡️

Here’s a little bit about Althea in her own words:
Yoga changed my life, and it is an honor to be able to share this practice with others. I am a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, trained in vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. I love offering diverse styles for all levels and honoring each student’s unique journey. Yoga is so much more than just the physical asana, it is a way of life. Through movement, breath, intention, and reflection, we can tap into the powerful mind-body-soul connection that yoga offers. I encourage students to listen inward and set intentions that will guide them both on and off the mat.

I love flowing through movement as much as I enjoy meditative practices that move energy gently, invite rest, and encourage deep healing. My classes and experiences are trauma-informed, guiding students through movement and meditation while cultivating mindfulness, gratitude, and a deeper connection to self and others. Workshop Alert: Asanas & Herbs: A Sensory Restorative Experience ⚡️
 Asanas & Herbs is a thoughtfully curated restorative yoga workshop that weaves aromatic and therapeutic herbs into each stage of practice. Designed to intentionally engage your senses, this experience enhances your relaxation, awareness, and your connection with your body and mind.
The workshop will begin with a gentle welcome and smoke clearing ritual to create a grounded, peaceful space. From there, you’ll be guided through centering and intention setting supported by an herbal tincture. As the practice unfolds, mindful breathing and slow, restorative asanas will be paired with carefully selected herbal elements. Essential oils will be incorporated during deeper rest and savasana to promote calm and integration. The workshop will close with a nourishing tea ceremony and reflection circle, leaving you feeling balanced, supported, and restored.

Asanas & Herbs is for the practitioner seeking a deeply calming and sensory-rich experience. No prior experience with yoga or herbs is necessary—this workshop welcomes beginners and seasoned practitioners alike who are looking to slow down, reconnect, and explore new layers of their practice.

✨Nurturing the Divine Mother ✨

This heart-centered experience is a celebration of your mothering energy and the divine goddess within.

Join Melissa Melendez, a Kripalu trained yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and sound journey practitioner. And Ashley Lepak, Kripalu trained yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master, for this very special Mother’s Day event!

During this 90 minute workshop, expect to begin your session with a gentle spinal warm up before heading to your back bodies to rest in a supportive reclined position. Once you’ve found a comfortable resting position, get read to relax on your yoga mat while you are pampered with guided meditation and breath work, hands on Heart Chakra Reiki, and a Reiki infused soothing facial and scalp massage. All while being bathed and transcended into bliss with healing and soothing sounds of ancient Tibetan singing bowls.

Spring Awakening Update! 🌱⚡️

Our Spring Awaking Challenge is well under way and our tracking board is filling up fast! You all have been checking those class milestones off left and right. Whether you have made it to one or 20 classes, we are so excited to see you awakening your practice and showing up for yourself.

Those of you that have hit your first milestone of 10 classes, get ready to pick up your first prize:

Beginning Wednesday evening, you will be able to start picking up your prizes!

Workshop Spotlight: Restorative Yoga and Massage Workshop ⚡️

Join Ashley Lepak, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, for this special restorative yoga with reiki and touch massage workshop.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time with the support of props. This practice taps into your parasympathetic nervous system, moving you out of fight, flight and freeze mode and into a state of rest and digestion.
Reiki infused massage is a marriage of the Japanese healing art of reiki energy work with the targeted muscle work of physical touch massage.

Throughout the session, you can expect to be guided through breath work and meditation, while you receive an abundance of aromatherapy-infused targeted muscle massage and hands-on reiki. This special workshop is meant to promote a deeper level of overall relaxation and wellbeing, leaving you feeling thoroughly restored.

We’re hosting a clothing swap!
Join us for a special Clothing Swap—a fun, sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe and connect with our community!

We invite you to take some time to sort though your closet and pick out clothing that still has life left to live, but maybe isn’t the right fit for you anymore.
You can drop off your clothing before the event, (recommended) or bring them with you to the swap!
You do not need to bring items to participate in this event.  We ask that your items are clean, gently used, and still have plenty of life left to live!
We’ll be transforming the studio into an intimate boutique with snacks and beverages to enjoy while you shop, swap, mingle and connect!

Our Clothing Swap is happening Friday, April 3rd from 4-6 pm

We are kicking things off with a special offerings this Thursday, March 19th!

Join Kimberly and Paula for our Spring Equinox Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra.

During this 75 minute event, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation to shift your energy, balance your nervous system, and achieve deep relaxation, while also being bathed in the healing sounds of assorted sound bowls, chimes and musical instruments.
