We just had our last full moon of the year, and when the next new moon (Dec. 19) rolls around we will be right on the cusp of the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21) and the true season’s change!

Here are some herbs that might help you transition into and thrive throughout the cold, dark months ahead. Some are quite common and likely to be in your home right now, others are some local and wild favorites of mine!

You can utilize many of these herbs together by making a “Fire Cider”, or by simply using them in cooking and making syrups and teas.
