With the potential for severe weather, we want to help our patients stay prepared and safe.

• If you use oxygen and do not have a generator, be sure you have enough backup oxygen tanks to last 24–48 hours in case of a power outage.
• If you use a portable oxygen concentrator, make sure you have a car charger available so you can keep your device powered if electricity is unavailable.

I cannot say enough kind things about Griffin Medical Services. After jumping through hoops for National Seating and Mobility, but getting absolutely nowhere after six months of following up (with no communication from them), I reached out to Griffin. We started a brand new application, and they handled everything from the application - which initially got denied by insurance - through the appeal to the actual delivery in LESS THAN TWO MONTHS! I was beyond floored and incredibly grateful. They worked together as a team seamlessly to help meet our family's needs to keep my child safe. Special shout outs to Katie, Mike, Carrington, and Wade for going above and beyond for us and helping us when we needed it most! I truly am forever grateful for each of you.
