Oopsies, didn't realize the hubs bought a Costco sized broccoli/cabbage/kale/brussel sprouts slaw home last week 😬🫣
Good thing my fav way to eat it is sauteed! This quick and easy lunch features sauteed slaw seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and a splash of soy free teriyaki over chicken cilantro wontons. 🤩

Avocado toast, homemade cardamom pumpkin spice granola, wild blueberries, local honey. 🍁🍂🌰🙏🏻

It's a beautiful day to be outside. I found a new spot for the hammock, grabbed my book, and am loving the gentle breeze and sounds of nature. I'm about halfway through Dr. Brenda Davies' book "Unlocking the Heart Chakra." It's been such an insightful read and has been heavily focused on love and forgiveness. ♥️🙏🏻💕

I spent time in my favorite spot this afternoon and as I was laying there I noticed a heart in the trees. Do you see it?
I brought my mat and my favorite incense and enjoyed a wildly improvised yoga flow.
As I spent more time outside, I noticed I was surrounded by the color yellow. Yellow leaves, yellow butterflies, yellow bugs, yellow sunshine. What a beautiful day. 🌼💛🌻☀️

I've recently had a major career shift that has brought me the opportunity to work from home between travel engagements. In my previous position, my favorite part of my work space was having some of my rock collection on display at my desk. Seeing all the colors, shapes, and personalities just makes me so happy. At home, I get to rotate through my whole collection and set these bad boys up to suit my mood for the day. I've been jokingly calling them my "coworkers" 😅
The vision of Prism Place remains the same: cultivating hope and fostering connections. A space where we remember it only takes one beam of light, one glimmer of hope, to cast a room full of rainbows. A world of promise.
