You can't separate what's not connected. If your mind, body and spirit are chaotic and all over the place, you won't be able to differentiate the individual parts from the whole. First become a whole being (mind, body, and spirit), then separate the difference between the parts. Take power over what you can and let go of the rest. Watch God start to work in your life.
