Hey y'all! Just want to announce a small schedule change beginning Monday November 10. Wednesday's 8am Practical class will remain in place, the 11:30 Senior Centered class will be held at 12pm on Monday and Wednesday's 4:30 Relaxation class will be moved to 4:30pm on Thursdays. There will be no massage scheduled on Wednesday.

David is enjoying some time with his legs up the wall. This pose is proven to have a wide range of benefits including improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, relief from lower back pain, reduced anxiety, and improved mood.

Our series on flexibility has shown us how to be flexible in so many different areas of our lives. We have rearranged schedules, dealt with sickness, and opened our hearts to the trials that life will, no doubt, always throw at us. I love how Paul put it to the Romans in chapter 12 when he said, " Therefore, I urge you, dear brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God- this is your true and proper worship. 2: Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will.

The clinic will be closed Wednesday October 1st. No classes or massage appointments available that day. Scheduling will return to normal Thursday October 2nd. Y'all have a blessed day!
