Whitney brings a heart for service, a passion for leadership, and a deep commitment to creating communities where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.
With a background in nonprofit leadership and community engagement, Whitney has dedicated her career to building meaningful relationships and strengthening the organizations she serves. She believes senior living is about more than providing care — it’s about honoring each resident’s story, fostering meaningful connections, and creating an environment where residents can thrive while families have peace of mind.
Whitney looks forward to getting to know each resident, family member, and team member personally. She is committed to listening, learning, and building upon the strong foundation already in place at Lighthouse.
Whitney is married and a proud mother of two — a son and a daughter. As a military family, they deeply value service, commitment, and community. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, and Tourism and has a genuine love for the Dalton community.
We are excited for this next chapter and the leadership Whitney brings to Lighthouse Personal Care Homes.
