As a part of Hamilton Health Care System, Bradley Wellness Center, we want you to fall in love with taking care of you. We offer more than 100 classes each week to help you get to where you want to be. BWC is happy to offer FREE child care for 6 months-11 years old, we also host Kids Day's, Daddy Daughter Dances, Muffins with Mom and other Camps or events! If you’re looking to gain muscle our strength training equipment and free weights are located in multiple areas of the gym to ensure you have options at any time of day! BWC has Certified Personal Trainers who are here to help you! Ask about our FREE SLED program that is a 3 month customized plan to help you get Stronger Leaner Every Day!

A Little Spinal Care
This practice combines a little Yang and Yin to help the body stay strong and mobile through the spine. We will use our breath and gentle movements to bring a little more fluidity to the body. Using a bird dog hold helps to build strength while the Yin postures help to find peace. Enjoy!
