• Individuals considering or seeking help
• Health care providers treating substance use disorders
• Friends, family, and loved ones walking alongside someone who is struggling

By raising awareness about treatment options—including medications that can support recovery—this month helps reduce stigma, encourage hope, and promote best practices like screening, early intervention, and ongoing care.
