Feeling nauseous, dizzy, or extra tired after your first hot yoga class? 🧘‍♀️

Don’t worry, it’s totally normal! Your body is adjusting to the heat, and this can highlight how much hydration and care you need. Experts recommend drinking 64–80 ounces of water daily, plus an extra 64–80 ounces if you’re hitting a 90-minute heated class. 💧

This initial fatigue often means your body is cleansing and adapting. Stick with it, relax into the practice, and soon you’ll feel energized and stronger during class, and for the rest of your day! ✨
