Happy Earth Day from HLC! One of the simplest ways we can all help take care of our environment is to avoid flushing unused medication down the toilet and into local watersheds. Each year, Earth Day coincides with National Drug Take Back Day. Lincoln County will host five sites for community members to remove unused medication from the environment safely and sustainably. Help protect local watersheds by making a point to dispose of old medication this Saturday, April 25th from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.

We are excited to be supporting Healthy Kids A Family Resource Network in collecting donations for the Free Community Baby Shower. Currently, in Lincoln County, donation boxes can be found at Panacea Maine in Wiscasset, Town of Waldoboro town office, and Damariscotta Montessori School in Nobleboro - stayed tuned for more donation sites.
