The session:
A few select asanas are practiced at the level of the anatomical body, primarily concerned with getting the movement right with step-by-step instruction.

Pushing your mind to touch every part of your body, with a reflective meditative attention, followed by restorative postures, with the option for acupuncture.

Levator scapula tension is often the culprit for shoulder pain that won’t go away even with massage. With that, it looks like upper trap tightness. I get so much mileage out of this one little elbow pressure technique.

Levator scap gets super tight with basic every day stress ~not necessarily injury or working out. This area is related to the Vegus nerve so relief here helps wellbeing, digestion and sleep too.
