A Two-Part Workshop on Resilience and Burnout Recovery
Reclaim Your Energy is a thoughtfully designed two-part workshop created to support those experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or a sense of depletion. Through small, intentional shifts, you’ll be guided toward restoring balance and reconnecting with your most authentic self in a way that feels sustainable and real.
This experience weaves together gentle movement, sound healing meditation, reflective journaling, and community connection to support nervous system regulation and personal clarity. Together, we’ll explore micro-shifts and micro-moments of self-care—simple, practical practices that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life to replenish energy, reduce overwhelm, and cultivate greater resilience.
You’ll be guided through intentional journal prompts designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters, clarify what you desire, and identify realistic systems that support lasting change. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes or resolutions, this workshop emphasizes sustainable practices aligned with your values—supporting long-term well-being and emotional balance.
This offering is ideal for anyone feeling overstretched, depleted, or disconnected, and ready to recalibrate with intention. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported, with practical tools you can continue to use long after the workshop ends.
