To ensure we are available for all who have a need, we will be offering telehealth appointments on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th, 2020, in additional to our daily in office and telehealth availability. We hope this additional appointment availability will provide some flexible time for our “essential” personnel and front-line workers who continue to battle this global crisis along with us, the opportunity for some self-care if needed.

A NOTE REGARDING PATIENT APPOINTMENTS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Connecticut Neck & Back Specialists continues to stay open and is providing medical care to our patients during this Covid-19 outbreak.

Appointments can be provided in person, or via an audio-visual platform such as Telehealth or skype while you are staying at home due to social distancing.

We are following the guidelines from the CDC; if you or your family members have a fever, cough, respiratory infection, or are sneezing, we ask that you do not come into the office for your medical care. You can either reschedule your appointment to another date when you are feeling better, or call our office to schedule a virtual/telehealth visit. Our team will provide you with the details to get connected during your scheduling call.

If you choose to have a visit in our office, when arriving at the office for your visit, you will be greeted by one of our team members who will perform a fever check before you enter our facility.

Please refrain from coming to our office for things such as medication refills or paying a bill.

In light of the current pandemic of Novel Coronavirus Covid-19, our office has adopted a modified work schedule to attempt to reduce exposure to our staff, providers and other patients. At this time we do not have set office hours and we ask that if you should need any assistance from our providers or staff that you call our office and you leave a message with our answering service and our staff will reach out to you when we are back in the office. Should it be an urgent matter, our answering service will notify our on call provider who will return your call. Stay healthy!
