Carina is truly part of the foundation of our salon family. She began her journey with us as a client in our early years, and today she stands as one of the most authentic, genuine, and inspiring leaders we’re honored to work alongside.

She is an incredible team player, a trusted leader on our leadership team, and someone who pours her heart into her clients, her coworkers, and our salon as a whole. Carina leads with care, integrity, and consistency — the kind of presence that elevates everyone around her.

Beyond the salon, she’s a proud mom to two amazing young men and a devoted wife, bringing the same love and intention into every role she holds.
