Apex Community Care The mission of Apex Community Care is to provide high quality services to individuals living with HIV, substance use and mental health disorders. Thank you.

To advocate for and provide services to people living with HIV/AIDS, mental health and substance use disorders, their families, loved ones, and to actively promote education and prevention in the community. Apex seeks to create communities free from stigma so that people with nowhere to turn can get the help they need. We envision a world free of stigma and shame, where all people are treated with dignity and respect and their value as an individual is recognized and celebrated. We will work relentlessly and passionately to help all individuals in our community who are disenfranchised and have nowhere to turn. NOTICE TO PATIENTS:

What an incredible day of Human Solidarity yesterday!

We were so grateful to partner with the Pray, Eat, Cook, and Love group from Cornerstone Church in Cheshire to bring a joyful day of celebration to our community. From an abundance of food to raffles, songs, and games, the energy was amazing and the smiles said it all, we truly had a blast! 🎉

A huge thank you to Lotus Re-Emerge Inc. for assisting with transportation to and from the event and for staying to enjoy the festivities with us. Your support made it possible for more people to join in the fun.

We’re also incredibly thankful for our partnership with Shelly Keegan, who helped collect a generous monetary donation to go toward bus passes for our clients. This will make a meaningful difference in helping them get to appointments, job interviews, and medical and behavioral health visits.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special. We look forward to hosting more events like this and welcoming even more of our community in the future!

Apex is currently searching for XL through 3XL Men's Jackets as part of our coat drive! We are so grateful for all of the coats we have received, but there is a need we are not currently able to meet, and that is XL-3XL size coats and jackets. We don't want anyone to go cold this winter season, but we can prevent it with your help! So please, check your closets, check your Grandma's closet, and help us help others!

APPRECIATION POST! We want to take this time to thank every single person who has donated to our coat drive so far- don't worry, it's not over yet! Thanks to your kind donations, we've been able to give out dozens of coats to people in need. We'd like to give a special shout-out to the Danbury Police Department for hosting a box for our coat drive! And thank you to Officers Elste and Bardelli for being gracious enough to take time out of their busy schedules to help out with the coat drive!
