Congratulations To Gabby Castillo from our Danbury Office! ⭐️👏
Gabby is not only a hard worker, but she consistently steps in to help her coworkers. Whether it is troubleshooting an issue or providing assistance, she does without hesitation. She manages the busy clinical side and surgery scheduling efficiently and professionally. We regularly receive feedback from patients expressing how kind and patient she is.
Gabby began with OrthoConnecticut as a Patient Care Representative, and was later promoted to Physician Secretary for Dr. Henshaw. Most recently, in October, was promoted to Patient Coordinator/Surgery Scheduler Lead.
Gabby’s positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond makes a meaningful impact every day. We truly appreciate everything she does.
