At the academy last weekend, we learned about a reentry resource we have available to Stokes County Citizens. It lists all sorts of options for healthcare, job assistance, counseling, etc. If you work with any citizens that might be able to use these resources, please share the app or download it so you can have the latest information. We will be working with this company to ensure our list is up to date in the near future πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

We had the BEST time at the first session of the settlement academy, we learned about trauma informed care, reentry programs, medication for opioid use disorder in jail settings, and so much more! We can't wait for the next session in January and to put together a reentry plan for our county. Thank you to the team for everything you did to make it a success!
