We've had many new followers lately so let us reintroduce ourselves!

Stokes County received funding from the state in a lawsuit with opioid drug manufacturers and pharmacies.

That funding was used by the county to combat the opioid epidemic and make Stokes County a healthier place.

Our program funding works within the health department, local courts, and EMS to provide evidence based, state approved treatment and prevention.

We're so happy to meet you and if you have any questions, feel free to ask! πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

What have we been up to this week? Session two of the opioid settlement academy! We had an amazing time in Raleigh with our accountability and recovery court coordinator, community paramedic, peer support specialist, and opioid prevention coordinator building our strategy map for reentry and working together as a team. We're so looking forward to presenting our project at the OPDAAC meeting next month!
