You’ll need:
Chicken
Green Chile Peppers
Yellow Curry Sauce
Green Beans
Olive Oil
Salt or Spice Blend
Rice
Chili Crunch Oil

Cook at 350 for about 25/30 minutes! ❤️ You’ll have an easy to clean gluten free dinner in no time!

This gem is both dairy free and gluten free! You can top this with some vanilla ice cream or some homemade whipped cream. 🍨

Let’s make some Shish*to Peppers and dip!! 🤤

This is the Russian roulette of peppers since only 1 in every 10 are spicy! The dip is a tangy compliment to the peppers and gives you some protein as well 💪

This snack is made with simple ingredients and is of course naturally gluten free too!

For the peppers:

🌶️Pre-heat the oven to 400F.
🌶️Rinse and dry your peppers.
🌶️Spray with oil and sprinkle with salt.
🌶️Roast for 10 minutes until the peppers blister.

For the dip mix together:

🥄1/2 cup Greek yogurt
🥄Juice of 1/2 a lemon
🥄1/2 tsp salt
🥄1-1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
