Fit4Mom Northern Fairfield County- Stroller Strides Stroller Strides® is the country’s largest and fastest growing fitness program for new moms. Your first class is always FREE!

The stroller workout combines a fitness walk with the stroller and body toning intervals where we use the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. We have classes 5 days a week in Bethel, Danbury & Newtown, CT

Happy Stride-versary Laura M.! Laura joined our village 3 years ago with her daughter and now has added twin boys to her crew too!!

As of November Laura has completed 285 classes with us! Laura has rocked both virtual and in person classes always showing up with her warm smile! Laura continued to show up while pregnant with her twins! We are always in awe when she is pushing that triple stroller! Thanks for being part of our village!!
