Western Connecticut Association for Human Rights (WeCAHR) is a special education advocacy organization serving Danbury and surrounding towns since 1977. It is our mission to advocate for the civil and human rights of people with disabilities. We work to create and promote personal success, independence and community involvement for children and adults with disabilities.
