Break the stigma of Mental Health employees. At West Care we offer a Supported Employment Program (STP) that offers people with severe mental illnesses work. We want to help anyone struggling to find a job because of their mental illness at WestCare TN. Parents, are you looking for a fun way to encourage positive behavior at home this December? Try the Nice List Challenge!

How it works:
Have your child write down one good choice they’ve made recently—helping a sibling, being honest, choosing kindness, or making a healthy decision. Add each “good choice” to a paper ornament and hang it on your tree or a special “Nice List” board.

By Christmas, they’ll see how their positive actions added up!

It’s simple, fun, and helps build confidence and good habits during the holidays.
