Our Story

If you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing for many years....welcome. All races, all religions, all colors, all sizes are welcome. I Love Yoga Studio and Healing Center is a community space for all to gather, share and heal. Our mission is to awaken, educate and support the community in healing and growing individually and as a whole. We exist to bring a loving consciousness to planet Earth. We believe the best way to do that is by teaching people to keep their hearts open. With an open heart, people can be connected, inspired, nurtured & free. Our way of doing all this is by running an awesome yoga studio that offers classes in creating a conscious lifestyle & making really cool, unique clothing that inspire & uplift. We make yoga accessible to everyone and anyone. We offer affordable yoga, meditation, and healing classes and for those who cannot afford the classes, we offer energy exchange. This means you can offer your services, or work at our studio in exchange for taking classes. We don’t turn anyone away for a lack of funds. Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go. Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice -- your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs We are a community of yogis, yoginis, healers, and lightworkers. Our teachers come from many different backgrounds and are passionate and honored to teach at I Love Yoga. This community is filled with love. A place you can truly be yourself.
